From request to ready

One request.
A clearer next step.

Follow a customer request as an agent brings the context together, prepares the work, and hands it back for review.

  1. 01A request comes in

    Alex · Customer

“Can we bring our delivery forward?”

Order #1048 · New delivery date requested

A familiar request starts the workflow. The agent first identifies the order and the information it needs.

  2. 02The right context, together

    HistoryPrevious messages
Only the information this task needs

Access is limited to the sources and permissions agreed for the task. Missing information is flagged.

  3. 03Scattered details become useful

    Earlier delivery
    Order status
    Preparing for dispatch
    Next check
    Confirm carrier availability
Source information kept with the work

Relevant facts are structured into a short working brief, with the outstanding check clearly identified.

  4. 04A head start on the next step

    Prepared response · Draft

Hi Alex, we’re checking whether an earlier delivery is possible. We’ll confirm the available options before changing your order.

Suggested next actionCheck the delivery options with the carrier.

The agent prepares a response and a follow-up. It does not promise a delivery date it cannot verify.

After approval, the workflow can send the response and update the connected tools, within the permissions you define.

Start with the work

Useful comes
before impressive.

The best starting point is a task your team knows well. Something frequent, time-consuming, and specific enough to improve.

01 / Sales & CRM

Sales, with the context ready.

Time disappears between the conversation and the follow-up: finding the history, updating records, and remembering what comes next.

What the agent prepares
Bring the context together, structure the CRM notes, and draft the next action or follow-up.
What your team checks
Your team checks the facts, the message, and the commitments before anything is sent.
02 / Customer support

A better starting point for support.

A useful answer often lives across previous conversations, order details, and several pages of documentation.

What the agent prepares
Retrieve the relevant information and prepare a response with its sources, flagging what is still uncertain.
What your team checks
An agent on your team reviews the answer and handles exceptions that need judgment.
03 / Document workflows

Documents that move work forward.

Forms, requests, and incoming documents wait while someone copies the important details into the right place.

What the agent prepares
Extract agreed fields, identify missing information, and prepare a structured record or next step.
What your team checks
Check uncertain fields and exceptions before the information enters the next system.
04 / Internal knowledge

Your knowledge, easier to find.

People interrupt each other or search through folders for an answer that already exists somewhere in the business.

What the agent prepares
Find relevant information in approved sources, provide a sourced answer, and say when the answer is missing.
What your team checks
Source links let your team verify the answer and spot knowledge that needs updating.
05 / Orders & operations

Commerce, with fewer loose ends.

Order changes and delivery questions send people between the storefront, stock records, and customer messages.

What the agent prepares
Gather the order, stock, and customer context, then prepare the next step for the exception.
What your team checks
Your team approves changes, refunds, or customer commitments according to the rules you set.
06 / Reporting & follow-up

Reporting that starts prepared.

Preparing an update can take longer than discussing it: pulling information, reading notes, and assembling the story.

What the agent prepares
Collect the agreed data, prepare a concise update, and highlight changes or gaps that deserve a closer look.
What your team checks
Verify the source data and interpretation before sharing the report or making a decision.

Made to fit

Your tools.
Your rules.

An agent becomes useful when it understands the context of the work and has the right tools to help with it.

We connect the relevant knowledge, define the actions it can take, and make the handoff to a person clear. Exceptions get a path forward, too.

Odoo, Shopify, HubSpot, or the systems you already use. The right connections depend on your setup.

From first use case to everyday use

Built with you.
Put to work with you.

Configuration is only part of the job. The workflow needs to work in real situations, and your team needs to know how to use it.

  1. 01

    Find a useful first task.

Follow a frequent piece of work, understand what slows it down, and agree what a useful result looks like.

  2. 02

    Make it fit your business.

Configure the agent, connect the necessary tools, and define the information, actions, and permissions it needs.

  3. 03

Test the everyday. And the exceptions.

Try representative requests, incomplete information, and difficult cases with your team. Refine before expanding.

  4. 04

Help people put it to work.

Introduce the workflow, make review and escalation clear, and help the people using it feel comfortable.

  5. 05

    Keep improving what matters.

Review usage, quality, and cost together. Ongoing support and improvements can be shaped around your needs.

A difference you can assess

Measure the help.
Then make it better.

01 / Time

Time actually returned.

Compare the complete task before and after, including the time spent checking and correcting the result.

02 / Quality

Work worth using.

Look at accuracy, useful outcomes, corrections, and the exceptions that still need a person.

03 / Cost

A sensible operating cost.

Understand the cost of tools, usage, and upkeep alongside the value the workflow brings.

A few practical questions

Before we
get started.

How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot usually responds within a conversation. An agent can also retrieve context, work through a task, and use connected tools within the permissions you give it. Some jobs need a simple, predictable workflow; others benefit from more flexible reasoning. We choose the level that fits the task.

Can it work with our existing tools?

Often, yes. We first check the APIs, connectors, and access available in your current systems. Odoo, Shopify, and HubSpot are examples of tools that may be part of a project. The integration and its limits are defined around your actual setup.

What information can it access?

Only the sources and permissions configured for its job. We agree what is needed, who can use the workflow, and how information is handled by the selected tools and providers. Access is part of the design from the start.

Which actions need human approval?

We decide that together, according to the consequences of the action. A useful first version can prepare work for review before sending a message or changing a business record. Actions outside the agreed rules are escalated to a person.

Can we start with one use case?

Yes. One frequent, well-understood task gives us a practical way to test the fit, measure the result, and learn with your team. We expand when there is a clear reason to do so.

What happens after launch?

Your team gets guidance for using the workflow and handling exceptions. We can also provide ongoing support, monitor the agreed measures, and improve the setup as your processes and tools evolve. The scope is defined with you.
